I'm so pleased that I did the workshop with you. There was a huge amount of information to cover in the short time we had with you and you did a terrific job in covering the material. The manual will be absolutely invaluable to me and when things settle down a little with the reno I'll be reading it thoroughly and will regard it as my B&B bible.
I'd also like to thank you for being so open with information you've gained over your 13 years as a B&B host. I've been to workshops on different topics over the years where the convener/teacher has made a point to say things like 'well, that's my little secret'. So, once again I say a huge 'thank you' to you and also to David.

Just a note to say thankyou for your contribution to the recent B&B TAFE course.
