Grace offers an Individual Onsite Consultation Service and/or an Individual or Group Coaching Service via Skype and advises according to your specific needs and concerns inclusive of the following topics as well as much more;
- New start business and set up. We provide current B&B Owners, people seeking to invest in a B&B as well as people wanting to convert existing properties into a B&B, suggestions to identify potential problems with recommendations to avoid or correct deficiencies.
- AAA Tourism accreditation consulting: a critique of your business in order to gain and maintain an appropriate Star Rating.
- Operational procedure manual (100+ page manual written by Grace included in every consultation package.) Can also be purchased separately for $59.99 + postage.
- Front Office Procedures
- Customer Service, Hospitality, Food Service etc.
- Marketing, advertising and promotion
- Interior Design Consultation to help create the ambience and decorative for your own individual ‘look’
- Brochure, Business Card and Print design to create your individual Business Image
- The Consultancy package allows you to ask the questions you need answered on a one to one basis with Grace’s expertise and guidance.
- Consultation Fees: $150 for the first hour and $90/hr for any subsequent hours on the day. (Plus travel costs to property site) This includes inspections of proposed properties, questions on specific areas etc. Grace will also include short free phone consults (15 minutes or less) or emails once the client is on their way to setting up their business after the initial day's consultation.
- Coaching Service: This "phone" consultation service can be an individual or group service via Skype. Grace will offer the first coaching session of 15 minutes for free in order to gauge the client's needs and what they hope to achieve through the coaching sessions.
Group Calls: $50 per person for 6 weeks, with each week covering a different topic of groups choice. (minimum of 2 participants)
Individual Calls: 1 on 1 coaching; $400 a month for 4 phone calls.
